Learning Has No Limits

What we offer.

High Quality Physical Education Delivery

We offer primary schools high quality, teacher-led P.E. lessons that follow the National Curriculum, working with individual local authority schemes of work. The emphasis is on excellence and enjoyment for all in sport and physical activity. Teaching is delivered to ensure that all can achieve and be given a great start in their Physical Education. We pride ourselves on our behaviour management and believe in Quality First Teaching to ensure that all pupils engage positively in every lessons. We cover all areas of the curriculum, Invasion Games, Dance, Gymnastics, Outdoor and Adventurous Activities, Net Games and Athletics. We also ensure that appropriate assesment data, for reporting on progress and attainment in P.E, is provided to all relevant staff. This can be provided as PPA cover, providing effective and good value cover for teachers. We can also work alongside staff, to develop their P.E. teaching practice through modelling, team teaching and planning help.

Consultation

Consultat.jpg

With experience teaching and leading in a range of mainstream and specialist settings, we offer support to schools looking to improve their provision for pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. This is focused on developing both mainstream and any specialist provisions. In addition to this we also offer consultation to develop whole school behaviour management systems and approaches.

We seek to work with the school to identify strengths and weaknesses, before working together to formulate effective methods of working, in order to help improve outcomes for these most challenging pupils. Following this, support may take the form of staff consultations, twilight or inset training and modelling systems and strategies that best fit the school’s needs.

Whole Year Group seminars

These seminars engage the pupils with a range of activities and discussions, leading them to develop their own ability to self-motivate and engage with learning. The sessions are tailored to the group’s needs as identified by the school, and typically last for half a day. They are active and fun, but deliver a clear message about the necessary learning aptitudes and attitudes that form good learning behaviour.

SEBD Small Group Work

We offer a range of different small group interventions to schools seeking to further support those children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. These interventions are tailored to the individuals within the group and focus on a range of desired capabilities such as social literacy, motivation, cooperation and self esteem. All groups are active and engage learners in a range of approaches. We seek to use physical education to stimulate the necessary learning attitudes and aptitudes in pupils who are currently prevented from achieving their best through their behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. These sessions are generally delivered weekly and are 6-8 sessions in length. Liaison with the teachers of the pupils is also provided, sharing successful outcomes of the sessions and working strategies for the future.
